How do you charge for delivery?

For all orders over £35 we give FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. For orders under £35 we charge £5.99 (Saturday delivery upgrades are charged at £15.00 regardless of the cost of your order)

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, the prices you see on the site include VAT. However you may notice in the checkout we actually break down the amount of VAT you are paying. This is because some customers require VAT receipts for business purposes. Our VAT number is clearly stated at the bottom of all pages of the site.

Are there any hidden extra charges?

Nope! If your order is £35 or above then the price you see is the price you pay. VAT is included and you only get charged delivery if your order is under £35. Oh yes, Saturday deliveries also cost extra.but only if you choose that option! It's that simple

When can I get my boxes delivered?

Place your order before 4pm (Mon- Fri) and your goods will be dispatched that day for delivery the following working day (unless you choose Saturday delivery).
Orders received after 4pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
Orders received over the weekend (or on a bank holiday) are similarly dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.

Do you deliver on Saturday?

ABSOLUTELY, like you we work during the week so we are sure a lot of packing will be done on the weekends! If you simply must have your boxes on Saturday then our courier company charges £15.00 for a delivery on Saturday regardless of the weight or cost of your order. Tick the appropriate box during the check out process for Saturday deliveries!

Just to be clear: even if your order qualifies for free delivery, if you want Saturday delivery then this is an extra charge. Saturday delivery is not free no matter how much you spend.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to UK mainland only. We do not deliver to the outer Highlands, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Ireland (republic and northern)

How does my order arrive?

Your order is enclosed inside a heavy duty, waterproof polythene bag. A signature is required.
If no-one is able to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel, or there's a chance you might be out when your order arrives, the order can be left somewhere safe on the property (in the garage, on the porch, round the back in the garden, or even with a neighbour). However, please note that if a signature cannot be obtained then the courier will leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery.

Do you guarantee delivery by a certain time?

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, we do not guarantee next day delivery. 98% of our parcels arrive the next working day, and almost every parcel arrives within two working days. If, however, a parcel does not arrive within two working days we will refund your order.

What if my goods arrive damaged or is the wrong order?

In the unlikely event of that happening please don't sign for the goods and contact us immediately. We will then endeavour to make you a happy customer!
